- Plan, Plan, Plan: plan out exactly what you want to demonstrate on your screencast and practice. It should be useful information.
- Termonology used should be uniform.
- Speak loud and clear at normal speed.
- Mouse movement should have a purpose.
- Pause recording when needed.
- Don't bore your audience by typing large amounts of text; prepare documents needed ahead of time.
- Keep recordings short; 3 to 5 minutes good rule of thumb.

I think this ScreenCast is alot better, you spoke clearer and also you talked louder and it was easier to understand. I didn't catch any mistakes in this video and if there were any I didn't think they were that noticiable.
